Your feedback, the agreed changes and the launch come after it. Free waitlist builds have no set date, and are built only if selected.

01What happens after I apply?

You describe your business in a short form. Then you see two options: join the free waitlist, or pay for a priority build. You choose.

Splendessa selects free builds from the waitlist, so joining it doesn't guarantee a build or a date.

02Do I need a website already?

No. New websites and redesigns are both welcome. If you're not online yet, just tell us where you work and what you do.

03How can a website be built in about 12 hours?

What we need is settled before you pay, so design and development run in one continuous stretch, without handoffs. AI speeds up the making; people make the calls and check the work. The Offer explains what the 12 hours cover.

04What do you need from me before I pay?

Your business name, a link to your business (or your city and a line about what you do) and one way to reach you. That's enough to start. Logo, photos and colours are welcome, but they never hold up or move the 12 hours.

05What happens if I want changes?

You review a working site, not a mockup, and the clock stays stopped while you do. Then we make your changes and connect the services the site needs. How long that takes depends on what's asked for.

06Is the site made by AI?

AI speeds up the making: first versions, variations and code. But Splendessa isn't an automatic website generator, and there's no template behind it. People choose the direction, make the calls and check everything before it reaches you.

07What's included in the build?

One website: a new one, or a redesign of the one you have, designed and built for phones, tablets and desktops. Help shaping the copy and content. Forms, booking and basic integrations when the site needs them. Deployment and launch once you've approved it.

We choose the structure that fits your business; tell us any must-haves when you apply.

08What happens around launch?

When you approve the build, we publish it on your domain and support you through launch. We ask for access to your domain at that point — after the preview, your feedback and your approval — not at the start.
